Pre-tuning Health Assessment

We began with a full Pre-Tuning Health Check, scanning the vehicle using advanced diagnostics tools to ensure there were no underlying fault codes or mechanical concerns. Confirming the McLaren was in excellent health allowed us to move forward confidently with the tuning process.

ECU Access & Removal

Due to the ECU's secure placement, we accessed it via the rear-right wheel arch, carefully removing the arch liner. Our technicians carried out this delicate procedure with the utmost care to avoid damage to surrounding components.

Bench Tuning Process

Once the ECU was safely removed, we transferred it to our specialist bench setup. Using our in-house tools and software, we performed a Custom Stage 1 ECU Remap, specifically tailored to the 570GT’s 3.8L twin-turbocharged V8 engine.

BMW M5 F90 Stage 2

The staggering 4.4L Twin turbo V8 Engine created by BMW, consistently used over and over again in the newer BMW models, holds immense Tuning capabilities and potential. The M5 came from factory with 600 BHP, and leaves our garage with an extra 200 bhp, gains of +33% in BHP. This power is achievable with OPF deletes, High air flow Downpipes (either customized and modified by ourselves or aftermarket DPs), a Custom Narkos ECU and TCU Tuning session, performed on the Rolling Road Dyno, numerous revisions, data logging, Dyno runs and Fine tuning is required. Also cooling hardware such as intercoolers, and cold air intakes go a long way when installed, achieving the 800 HP mark with ease.
